I've recently been playing Left 4 Dead 2 and CoD 4 and I've always had to lower the graphics to play them and want to have higher quality for the future. So I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a new graphics card. Nothing to expensive also, anything over 200$ is out since I plan on getting a 360.

After that though your CPU would bottleneck it. Have a look at upgrading that in the near future. Perhaps a proper dual core such as a Core 2 Duo E8500.
I'm not good at replacing computer parts so would you care to elaborate what this would do?

Yeah go for a 4770, it performs as well as a 4870 or GTX 260 + dx11 and lower power consumption.

What power supply do you have? that is perhaps the most important thing for us to know when recommending parts.
