I have a macbook and I connect it to the external display monitor using miniDVI->DVI adapter.
I also connect my PS3 to the same external display monitor using HDMI.
Is there a way to record PS3 gameplay on the external display? I am not intending to record on 1080p or 720p but I would love to do it on the highest quality possible.
The reason I ask is because it is not TV (has no tuner) and does not have Composite inputs (red, yellow, white or whatever). All explanations assumes that you have PS3 connected to a TV but I have a PS3 connected to external display.
