While I was playing Red Dead the other day, I came across a rather interesting glitch.

I was in Armadillo when I decided to get into a bar fight. Naturally, this fight escalated into me pulling out my revolver, going deadeye and killing everyone in the bar I had been fighting with. Witnesses escaped and my bounty began to grow. About ten minutes later, people start literally streaming into Armadillo as if they were going about their business. No police, no bounty hunters, just cowboys and men in carts. Naturally, I began killing them expecting to start an epic final stand with a group of lawmen or bounty hunters.

To make a long story short, a $10,000 bounty and no police later, I got bored, leaving the town literally blocked off by abandoned carts, preventing anyone from entering or exiting.

Has anybody else had this happen to them? I'm so used to the police responding almost instantly that I was frankly startled when they didn't show up at all.

It wasn't online so I don't think it would matter. I just don't know why no police showed up... even after I had a $10,000 price on my head.
