It's unfortunate, really.
I love Rockstar, I do, I love their whore killing ways, their ties with the mafioso, and their want for destruction in cities.
And I'd be lying if I said that I didn't waste my life over GTA2, and all its sequels. Well, at least up to 4 anyway.
However, I feel that RDR didn't really hold anything of value to me. Which is weird - I love open world games, letting me roam and do whatever the hell I want to do, and I'm also a sheep, and follow the crowd with their says of yay or nay.
But RDR was the first (in now many) in which I've found to be completely boring games. I've played to the end and found I was disappointed, in many ways. And it's not because anything was bad, quite the contrary, but nothing I've played blew me away. Perhaps not a fair statement, but each to their own, etc.
When I heard of the DLC for RDR; zombies no less, I thought it'd be more of being confined in a fort and fending off waves of zombies. And while I see that's a part of it, I'm glad to see that Rockstar tried to make it slightly more interesting. Props to them.
