Somthing incredibly odd happened a few minutes ago and im curious if anybody else experienced somthing like this before. Before i say what happened a few things need to be explained. One, its storming(thunder, lighting, heavy rain) heavily here at the moment and two, all my electronics are plugged in to serge protectors. You see, i was playing Perfect Dark Zero and then the power flicked on and off. It was a split second. Normally when that happens my tv goes off, my 360 goes off and comes back on to the dashboard, and my aquarium goes on and off. However, this time my 360 turned off and came back on w/ the RROD. I started cursing loudly. So i turned it off. A few seconds later i turned it back on. I heard it doesnt come up and you cant play games when you get the RROD, but my console came up like it normally does and as i type this i'm staring at a Left 4 Dead pause screen. this isnt right is it? when you get the red ring your console is dead. but mine isnt....yet. if some of you may recall i made a thread last week asking if i should get a ps3. i read all the responses and decided to wait. but if my 360 breaks any time soon im headed to the closest store and getting a PS3. anyway, has anything like that happened to anyone else before?
