Refunding through Ebay?

Hi, I bought an accordion on Ebay, but it was unplayable when I received it. I talked with the seller and we agreed on a refund. Is it possible to do a refund through Ebay or must I send the package and simply trust the seller to refund my money?

Assuming you did the smart thing and paid via paypal then depending on what you agreed on with the seller, you either send it back and get a refund or you get the refund and then send it back.

Talk with the seller. But be sure that if you dont get a refund you can contact ebay and they will link you with Square Trade (really mean lawyers) who *WILL* get your money back...or else.
