History and favourite server tabs are still very inconsistent, mostly greyed out and unavailable even though they are active servers on there.
Client related Issues:

Performance is still terrible on some systems, especially when firing with the APC the explosives can deliver as low as 10 fps. Also in the middle of a mortar strike or dark smoke. This simply is not right, none of the other games have this issue.

when using the scope and you zoom in it, it auto un-zooms but stays in scope mode. This is a new bug with the latest patch

Fix inf only mode, there seems like the only removed vehicles here are the ones that spwn at the main base, all the rest are still there, try the new port valdez conquest to see what I mean.
The insignias show a wrong date (2008/01/01).
The infamous reverted yaw axis on joysticks. If it's too difficult to reproduce and fix for all sticks, then add a checkbox in the settings GUI to allow people to fix it without having to edit XML files (check = set that scale value to -1).
