Just to stress this important point: DO NOT DEMAND ANYTHING!!

Ask her out. If she says yes, awesome. If she says no, go on with life. If she doesn't give a yes or no give her your number and let her figure it out on her own time. Don't fret over it, though. If there's no immediate answer there's nothing wrong with looking elsewhere in the meantime. You're in college, you'll never have an easier time getting opportunities for relationships and other more salacious pursuits.

Lol.... demand an answer, seriously. Women really like it when you make demands right from the start.

Some women might, but I'd like to think more dislike it then like it. Especially given the circumstances. If he knew her better, I may see it differently.

I was more along the lines of well, this....

Him - Hey would you like go out sometime?

Her - Well I'm not sure, I like you but I don't know.

Him - What do you mean?

Her - I might need to think about it.

Him - Answer me now!!!

Not really the same as making demands later on in the relationship, or if you are a new couple and the demands are playful in nature. It just sounded really selfish and needy.
