I just watched Fight Club and Ssn 5, episode "306" of Lost, which I've been watching with my dad for the past few months off of Netflix. Currently trying to figure it out (Fight Club, that is, not Lost, although Lost is getting kinda crazy and confusing).

And in saying all this, I just broke the first two rules of Fight Club. I am Jack's disappointment in himself.

You know what an awesome movie is? Boondock Saints!
I'm currently looking for movies similar to it, to no avail...
I've never seen Boondock Saints, even though it's been on my Netflix instant queue for about 6 months. With the right recommendations I could watch it tomorrow. But anyways, from what I hear of Saints, Pulp Fiction is very similar.

I just made my own soda. Cola flavoured. A whole bottle, just for me.

Good stuff.
You made your own soda? Might I ask how?

I'm dreaming up a chocolate coke....
Nothing so magical, I'm afraid.

What exactly is the point of that? From what it looks like, you could just go out and buy a bottle of soda flavored to one of the flavors in those capsules and save yourself the hassle.

EDIT: to add stuff in response to other stuff on the second page.

Well, I somehow managed to get an 82 on my last physics exam. Definitely a fuck yea moment for me. I'm terrible at anything and everything math-related.
I somehow managed to get a 99 on my geometry exam, despite me not studying very much, barely grasping the material, and finding the exam to be very, very difficult. I'm gonna chalk it up to a typographical error on my teacher's part, but hey, I'm not complaining. And I don't mean to one-up you, but yeah. We're both in the same boat, I just felt the need to comment.

I'm a big fan of Pulp Fiction (and most other Tarentino films) but Boondock Saints is just awesome.

The sequel, however, must be avoided at all cost.

And Fight Club is also awesome (movie > book)

I am so big of a Pulp Fiction junkie that I dropped the "Does he look like a *****?" line at a party I went to yesterday. Fight Club was also quoted, though not by me. I guess I'll have to watch Boondock Saints tomorrow then.

My favourite bit in Pulp is just after Bruce knocks out that gimp.

He goes upstairs to look for a weapon, picks up a hammer and I think "Oh, I like where this is going!"

Swaps it for a baseball bat, and I go "Alright, time to kick some ass!"

Then he gets a chainsaw, and I impersonate Tim Allen by going "Ruhh ruhh ruhh!"

He looks up and I think "What in the hell could beat a chainsaw?!?"

And it doesn't disappoint :D

My favorite scene is the scene in the 50s themed diner, mainly for the imagery in it. It just seems like an overall great place to get a shake, even if it costs $5. My favorite bit of dialogue is Jules during the scene where he and John Travolta's character (whose name escapes me) get the briefcase. "Say what again," "Does he look like a *****?," "Did I break your concentration?," and the Three Little Fonzies are all awesome. Not to mention Jules's whole biblical killing line. My favorite moment is a toss-up between when John T's character accidentally shoots the guy in the head just for the sheer lunacy of it, or when the restaurant robber pulls out Jules's wallet from the bag.

I ordered my copy of Metro 2033 (book). So very happy!
And I'm listening to Stephen Lynch. So I'm laughing my ass off.

I was suffering from a pretty bad allergic attack from pollen, but now I'm doped up on anti-allergic-reaction pills, with red dopey eyes. At least I'm having fun with Valkyria Chronicles, so it's all good =D

tried buying some steam games it didn't work so then I downloaded a soundtrack and bought a book from amazon it worked
If I paid good money for a game and steam didn't let me download it because of some bullshit, I would probably pirate the game off a torrent until they got it to me and apologized. After-all, I did pay for it.

I've gone out of my way to not watch the Saws. It seems to me that the best one is the first, but I doubt that's worth watching.

You know what an awesome movie is? Boondock Saints!

Actually the first 3 Saws are good, the first definitely being the most powerful but they can be summed up as a horrifically violent crime movies.

OT: What helped me unwind? Nothing yet except for sleeping in since it's a Sunday.

I'm just about to take a long nap-nap, usually reffered to as sleep. Then I'll sleep in until 11:00 in the mornin >:)
I also Might read a book. For some reason, I find Sherlock Holmes to be vaguely funny. I like his hat too...
