Remaking a game that already has graphics that are completely insane? You sir, are the winner.Estarc said:I'd have to go with The Legend of Dragoon, a JRPG on the PS1 for those of you who haven't played it. It was overshadowed by the Final Fantasy series, but it is a great game and I'd love to see it remade and aggressively marketed this time.
OMG, you've played Metal Warriors? That game was badass!Cosplay Horatio said:Metal Warriors remade by Bandai with the same engines used for the Gundam Games.
There was a port released for PC in '98. I used to have it because a specific dick brother of mine (Well...I only got one) thought it would be a good idea to see fi you break a disc and see if the contents come spilling out.No_Remainders said:Final Fantasy 7 with a release for PC.
*crosses fingers*
I would disagree about Legend of Dragoon being a JRPG. Even if it was made in Japan, I felt it was more or less an American RPG, since it felt so different than everything that was JRPG (I'm basing my idea of JRPG off the Final Fantasy Series. Evidentally, I don't play many video games that aren't Squaresoft products).Estarc said:I'd have to go with The Legend of Dragoon, a JRPG on the PS1 for those of you who haven't played it. It actually fits nicely with the type of game it is. Turn-based combat was used in a lot of good RPGs, not only on the PC but also most JRPGs. Pokemon is one example. Of course, you're free to not like it.Ephraim J. Witchwood said:If my goddamn mouse would work right, I might enjoy it, but they refuse to cooperate with it. That and the whole "turn-based" thing is a big turn-off. I don't mind it in a strategy game, or something like Pokemon, but it cripples the fuck out of Fallout.
Hell yeah, but not as a platformer, and with alot customization, that would be sweet.IMakeIce said:Joust
