Remember Sopa now we have ACTA

There is a law that is being brought in in Europe it is called ACTA
It will allow isps to read all your emails and messages along with other things
This bill is like sopa on steroids and ten times worse

Also: The article never says the ISPs can "read your email". They can be made to give out user information if there is "sufficient evidence".
