How are reviews put into the draw? Can we throw ourselves into the mixing pot or is just based on random nominations? (Or both?)

Both. Just go into the group, say you want your review nominated, and it's in. We will then wipe our asses with review it, me in my own special way, and yeah. Circle of life and all that.
