KotOR.
I've played it fully around 25 times. Probably more.
It's quite awesome with different mods.
Only 25? I'm very disappointed in you right now.
My game with the most restarts is between KOTOR and Oblivion. Both at least 30+ times. Except i cant check because i accidentally deleted everything on my hard drive a while back
It's probably more, but I stopped keeping track of it. I'm sorry. :(

Any Ratchet and Clank. The humor, challenge, and fun are never gone.
hell. yes.

for me, a tie between fallout 3 and Ratchet:Deadlocked. haven't played Ratchet & Clank: 1 lately, and i don't really like the new ones too much.

Dark Messiah.

I swear, one day I will play through as a mage, and not succumb to the temptation to play a warrior, or assassin, or hybrid.

It would probably be one or all of these; Super Mario Brothers(NES), Super Mario Bros 3(NES), Chrono Cross(PS1) and all the different civilization games (SNES and PC). I have played them all over so many times I don't know which one I have played the most. I still have played those older games alot more than I have any game for PS2, and xbox 360

I do believe I played Project Sylpheed start to finish 11 times. Had great fun each time too.

Played through ME1 5 times, will probably only reach 3-4 with ME2, don't like it as much.

Half Life 2 on the Orange Box has been played several times too.

Probably Mortal Kombat, if that counts.

I could never get past the third or fourth fight...
Neither can I.

Fucking Reptile gets me every time...

OT, Oblivion.

If I'm ever short on games or between game releases, I can always turn to Oblivion.

The game I've played the most times is Deus Ex. It would have been Baldur's Gate 2, except that game is so freaking huge that I've only ever gotten all the way through it once. I get so into BG2 that it consumes my life, so I'm always afraid to play it, lest I do nothing else with my time.

I've run through KOTOR about five times. Though I only 'beat' TES IV once I've given about 400 hours of my life to it (so far.) I play Mirror's Edge a lot, once I played until my hands went numb from gripping the controller for so long. And even though it has barely any replay value, I've beaten Shadow of the Colossus four times.

Any Zelda games, except that second one. I don't care if it's cliche, The Adventure of Link is just not up to par. I can replay the Mass Effect games over and over, though I only have my one play on the second so far (I'm going through the first again for a new save file).

I can replay Marvel Ultimate Alliance just because Deadpool is so fun to use in that game, but it's really just a decent game. Platformers in general are replayable, because they tend to have a certain charming quality about them (Banjo-Kazooie, Mario 64 and Galaxy, Psychonauts, Donkey Kong 64).
I think that about covers it.
