Hmmm...

Baldurs Gate 2
Icewind Dale
Morrowind
Final Fantasy 4 and 6 (back in the SNES era)
Suikoden 2
Grandia 2
Half Life 2

Played all these games hundreds of hours. Honorable mention to Shadow Madness, for looking like crap and getting me to play it every year just for the great story.

Probably Mortal Kombat, if that counts.

I could never get past the third or fourth fight...
Neither can I.

Fucking Reptile gets me every time...

OT, Oblivion.

If I'm ever short on games or between game releases, I can always turn to Oblivion.
Ah... Same with me, or Fallout 3.

I tried a Breton Mage there recently for the first time, it was fun!

Probably the highest numbers are for the latest three Tomb Raider games (Anniversary, Legend, Underworld) and Final Fantasy IX, which I have played more times than I can remember.

Yeah it was probably my favorite too, it required the most geeky micro-management of all the classes but it's fun having all that extra Majika to play around with.

It was on this playthrough that I discovered the beauty of the paralyse spell... it's so useful against trolls and ogres...

I haven't used the paralyze spell for anything except the money glitch.

I even made my mage's staff of paralysis for that reason alone.

I used the money glitch once and it took all the fun of looting out of the game so I never used it again!

Try making even a one second paralyse spell that you can do with touch, and you'll be amazed how effective it is in combat, as enemies fall over for up to three seconds.

No need to, I have a custom weapon that has a paralyze enchantment. It really is effective.

And I like the money glitch. I like looting too, but I like having a lot of money with me. I never let my gold go down below 50000 :p

Damn you and I can really derail a thread when we talk about Oblivion

That game is notorious for having ridiculously tough AI, with reaction speeds much faster than a human, and no pause in between moves. Your basically playing against Diago Umehara constantly.

Bioshock 1 was horrendous on second play through, the horror and mystique was gone.

God Hand is amazing to play, again and again and again. The combat is rock solid and the game is tough as nails, but you never feel cheated when you lose.

I replay any game I like, but I always come back to the Total War games, particularly Rome and Medieval II. Vice City I finished most with 14 playthroughs. MGS3 and MGS4 are high on the list too.

The Punisher Arcade- I've been through that game around 10 times alone and probably double that on co-op.

I played through Bioshock 3 times, I just enjoyed exploring all the little nooks and crannies of Rapture.

The sequel feels smaller to me.

As for Mortal Kombat, man those were hard. I used to do two player games alone just so I could see the death animations...
