If you're particularly misanthropic you might say that it's better to leave them be so that they die out, but I don't think their stupidity is hereditary. Those that cause harm can die for all I care, but I don't want innocent people to suffer because of others ignorance.

Unless you have some kind of funky space vaccine that's different from the rest of the world. Because if measles vaccination itself made people autistic the majority of citizens in my country where that is mandatory would be autistic.

I have a relative who's a no-holds-barred anti-vaxxer while still being a fairly health-conscious person. Her take on things is if she exercises daily, has loads of fresh air and eats organically, her immune system is going to be rock-solid.
It's not entirely false, but I've tried to explain to her how a lot of diseases can be caught even if you're the most health-conscious person alive on the planet. It's like speaking to a brick wall, all thanks to the fact that the anti-vaxxer movement is filled with clever folks who manage to find loads of extremely choosy scientific studies to corroborate their claims. See Chucky 99999's post for an example of this. The Web is teeming with "respected" reporting sources that don't have any history past the webpage's creation date and that work their damnest to spread these lies or otherwise sell some sort of postmodern Snake Oil salesman bullshit.
I've reached the point where I'm waiting for her to be bedridden with something nasty, like a solid strain of pneumonia. I'd waltz into her hospital room and get her to keep me away, saying she's contagious.
At which point I'd pull out my best Affably Evil smile and say "It's okay; I took loads of vitamins, I've gotten tons of sleep and exercise - and I got the shots, too. Oh, and I packed some hand sanitizer, too. Better safe than sorry."
