Not to mention that looking straight ahead like that would be really tiring. People never keep their head straight and level like the man in the video. You'd get cramp. You couldn't even shake your head without affecting the car.
Driving by GPS is almost as bad -- the maps are never up to date; for example, they moved a major highway a while back and whenever I have a GPS on while going through there it shows me driving through empty space (and says "GO TO NEAREST ROAD" in the directions).
