Hello there, fellow escapists, I have an announcement to make,
I fucking hate Resident Evil 5.
I've had the game for a loong time, and I've done just about everything I could stand with it, I beat the game on professional, after hours upon hours of retrying, due to AI fuck ups and it's refusal to support the player.
What did I get for this fucktardedly frustrating feat? Nothing
I even managed to get an S ranking on every level, on all difficulties except Professional, which has a couple S ratings and the rest at A.
What did I get? Nothing
I procured every gun and fully upgraded them all.
What did I get? Nothing
I even managed to get 24 of the 30 Medallions without ever looking up where they are.
This frustrated me, after being at 23 medallions for weeks, and my bad TV looking like I would unlock my next outfit at 24, my hopes were up, big mistake. Whoever was in charge of hiding some of these things needs to die of brain cancer, and by that I mean, he's a jerk, and I dont wish him any harm.
I got over the idiotic Inventory system a long time ago, but the AI never ceases to amaze at how stupid it is, I swear, for one entire playthrough, The AI refused to use his guns except for when it absolutely needed to, I mean, he would stand there, in the middle of 10 enemies, and stare at them.
Now you ask, what about the fun of Mercinaries mode? Surely you had some fun there!!
I got to 38,000 points in map 1 of mercinaries mode before I decided how much I hated it, the bosses are way to resilient, the enemies dont spawn nearly fast enough to allow large combos, ammo is way to hard to get, and 1 healing item?! What a joke...
Sadly, this game keeps drawing me back, for some masochistic reason, I keep playing it.
If you have a 360, want resident evil 5, and live in the US, Preferably the East Coast, Send me an email, if my best friend doesnt want it, I might send it to you, otherwise I'm burning this fucking disk.
