Even though I enjoyed the movie... How in the name of sanity did it make so much money, so fast?! That's a little sickening.

They fucked up the real game's story line already, so the movies I wish could be made, cannot be made.

I mean really now, was is absolutely necessary to wipe out almost the entire world's population? You've killed the story line JUST by doing that.
RE4 would have made a great movie (or at least would have been great to see it referenced to in the movie).

Yay! I'm happy about this. I like this series. Just as campy and "No, really, we're being serious about this" as the games are. So much fun.

My suggestion would be to bring in Rebecca. I always liked her character.

Leon Kennedy is dead, it was stated in the second movie when they introduced Jill Valentine.

Get rid of Jovovich's character. Seriously, her character seems like an author self insertion into a resident evil fanfiction. As some guy up the top said, "Seriously, cyborg clone with psychic powers who runs down buildings to jump kick people... Kill her character off and be done with it. Bring us Jill Valentine you bastards!"

Retcon all the movies so far and then have a movie starring whoever played Jill Valentine in the second one, as Jill Valentine because then it would not only be relevant to the games but I will also get some more fap material.

Though don't use any Resident Evil storyline or dialogue since it all sucks. Get a decent writer in to come up with something that isn't totally whacked out and stupid like what we currently have.

I saw afterlife and was wowed. They copied everything in the wesker battle. He even said "You've been quite an inconvenience for me" to chris.

It was still so epic though. I would see it again.

All the Resident Evil movies are ok-to-good action movies at best, but Resident Evil based on the game, no chance, it doesn't deserve the title.

How different it could have been had George A Romero (Night of the Living Dead etc) directed it as originally intended. This is just a mismatch of RE games with confused characters and the best bits removed from them and it.

Developers / Publishers, make your OWN damn movies, seriously, it can't suck any more than previous directors efforts
