Resume Update Reveals New BioWare Handheld Game

Every time I see "BioWare" I immediately think about Mass Effect. My mind is programmed to search for every last glimmer of hope for an announcement.

I wonder when people working for developers will stop putting things in their online profiles that hint to or reveal a game. Unless it is just another way to drum up some press and anticipation for the developers. Then, I say, "job accomplished."

It's like Gen. Petraeus updating his facebook status with:

"Launching super secret drone strike at coords X,Y 2nite. They won't even see it coming, lol."

OT: Not too thrilled to hear that, but as long as their "real" games don't suffer from it it's fine.

You should be more worried about SW:TOR messing anything up. If that WoW-like reskinned as Star Wars game doesn't meet their 1 million subscribers quota it could mean some big trouble for the studio.

They released Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2 practically back to back while also working on The Old Republic MMO. Bioware seems to multitask extremely well.

It's called three development teams. Mass Effect, Dragon Age (EA BioWare Edmonton, I believe) and TOR (EA BioWare Austin).

I love Bioware for their great, deep, massive RPGs. That is what Bioware excels at, but it's just pretty much impossible to make games like that for a portable.

If it is a ME or DA spin off game on a portable, I can only think of on thing. The EA effect. Over saturating the market and diluting the franchise(s). Hopefully this isn't the case...

It would be pretty awesome if they were making a ds port of KOTOR. It would promote the IP for the release of TOR too. If it were to be released prior to it that is.
