Well, I spent my day playing a little title that I missed out on the first time around, EA Support. It's a strange game, the only way to win is not to play. It's a surreal cyclical ride that you can't get off of.

I attempted to link my Origin account to my PSN account, but was told that my PSN account was already in use by another Origin user. Hmm, weird. Anyways, I clicked through the prompts to submit a ticket (start the game). After a 25 minute waiting period (well, it was actually 45 minutes by my watch but maybe game time isn't synced up), my first match disconnected almost immediately. Three attempts later, the NPC managed to find out that my brother's Origin account was the one that was linked. That's weird, I thought. He has a PSN account on my system, but they're different accounts. Doesn't matter apparently. Well, fine I thought, I'll have my brother disconnect them.

But you can't unlink an account from your Origin account without speaking to a representative, because apparently they were worried that the game couldn't draw you in enough. Fair enough. I put in a request to be called (because apparently you can't call them, they'll call you). They told me it would be 80 minutes. Pretty long loading time, but I thought I could just play Smash Bros while I waited. 80 minutes turned into 3 hours. I continued to ask for callbacks and chat sessions, to no avail. Now, I'm being told I was never called because somehow their system let me ask for 4 callbacks without putting in a telephone number. When I provided a picture of the requests going through along with proof that my number had been entered, I was booted from chat and an email was sent saying that they were happy to have solved my problem and were closing my issue.

All in all, this game certainly drew me in, but not in a good way.

-10/10, would have been -5/10 except that today was supposed to be my day off.
