You know, without being given details I would choose based solely on numbers. Kill a leader, another is elected. Kill a CEO, the next highest stock-holder steps in. I don't think there would be much chaos, or a power vacuum. We do have vice-presidents and shit. On the other hand, killing ten thousand would, in fact, probably screw up the workforce for a little while, and have a much more tragic effect. Also, if I'm omnipotent, why am I doing this? And what sort of worse consequence could there be if I chose neither?

The people may elect a new "100" but i don't believe the world would revert back to what it is now. The political system would become much less money based and we would be able to have equality. Things would be created for the better of the people and not just for profit that is why i would kill the "100".

Every single government in the history of our race has been corrupt. They may not start out that way but it always ends that way. I don't know why you think some magical force would make it any different now.

I would do a scheme. Kill the 100, and if the next 100 doesn't do a good job, kill them too. Keep it up until either A; the 100 leaders fear me enough to not be bad/corrupt/etc, or B; I hit the 10000 mark.

If the 10,000 mark is hit, I'll then switch to mass murdering the 10,000 people for being idiots.
