Here's one of the logic ones.

A dead man is found in a locked room, hanging from the ceiling 4 ft. above the floor. The room is completely empty, except for a puddle of water below him. How did he die?

First one: he stood on a block of ice until it melted.

Correct. I'm not such a fan of those ones but I liked that one.

I'm running out of ones I know.

No legs have I to dance,
No lungs have I to breathe,
No life have I to live or die
And yet I do all three.
What am I?

That's a great one. I've heard it before so won't answer it but it drove me to distraction the first time I was asked it.
