Left 4 Dead. Normal to Advanced or Expert seems impossible.
True, my friends and I are stuck on Advanced.

We can't seem to handle NOT accidentally shooting each other on Expert.

The secret bosses in many rpgs are super hard. Has anyone ever played shadow hearts and fought yuri's dad (secret boss). The only way i could win was by using a secret item that lets so hit the opponent until you miss (I never missed until the boss died I FEEL LIKE I CHEATED).

No one's mentioned it yet? Seriously?

The Water Temple from OoT. Everything's a breeze for the entire game, and then BAM! Lowering/raising water levels, going all the way to the clothing menu to change into your iron boots, and worst of all, being able to get yourself stuck forever if you do things wrong with absolutely no warning that such a thing was even possible.

Still haven't beaten it.

The water temple isn't hard just tedious because of the menu. I still don't believe that you can get stuck.
Oh ya you can, use those keys up on the wrong doors and your toast
*eghem* "you're", not your, get it right.

The hardest difficulty I've ever contended with was the original Bioshock on Hard with the vita-chambers turned off. In this way, the fights against the splicers in large groups and especially the fights against the big daddy's (whoh crapface) were next to impossible to survive, and you couldn't just be lame and cycle through the vita-chambers to wither them down over several lives.

Spiderman 3, aside from being a terrible game in general, had a stupidly bad difficulty curve. I didn't have much trouble in the game until I came to my first boss, where he tore me in a half, over and over and over. I never even got to Sandman in that game. Not only was it too hard, but it was so bad that I had no desire to even finish it.

No,it is the same guy. I am surprised you didn't notice that...then again not really. It can be attributed to your lack of grammar skills, which may be attributed to the fact that you're probably like 12 or 13.

I just couldn't believe that someone would follow me through the forums like that...are you a stalker just on the internet, or everywhere else to?

Disgaea.

Some of the level jumps are stupid.

In one of the optional dungeons the levels jump from 700 to the boss being level 2000.

Thats not to mention Baal being level 4000....
