I've been playing Dragon Age nearly nonstop for the past month. I loved Mass Effect, Oblivion, NWN2 and all it's expansions, The Witcher, and pretty much all the 360 RPGs(ToV,Lost odyssey, Infinite Undiscovery). I saw Risen and haven't heard much about it, and was curious if it was worth picking up or not. Any feedback would be appreciated.

The demo didn't do it for me, as the combat and interface was quite clunky. However, from the reviews I've read the story and world should be quite interesting. I believe The Escapist has a review of it in the "reviews" section at the top, so you could check that one out.
Judging from the games you mention, I highly doubt you'll enjoy Risen, but if you've played one of the Gothic games, perhaps you'll enjoy it (same developer). Anyways, try out the demo, it's the best indicator.
