Rock Band Export Key Question

I have Rock Band 1, I've been looking around and it seems Lego Rock Band has some songs I want, but I don't have the money to blow on the game. My question is, Can I buy the export key then rent Lego Rock Band, export songs from Lego RB to RB1. Thanks for the help, old yahoo has been giving me crap for results.

Ermm I'm not 100% sure on this but I think you can only export Rock Band songs into Lego Rock Band.

Thank you very much, I was looking down the Lego list saying ooh and aah to the Bowie, Iggy Pop, and other songs until I saw the retail price was $70.00.

Nevermind, I did a little bit more digging, come to find out the export key only works forwards. This means you basically have to get the latest title and you can only export old titles. (So exporting Lego Rock Band onto Rock Band one won't work). Grrr, guess I'll have to wait till Rockband Three comes out to rip off the system.
