I don't know how good it is to dance to, as I don't really dance. But I always recommend After Midnight Project when asked for rock music recommendations.

You can't sexy dance to punk rock. Sorry, I thought it was appropriate, but the band is good to mosh to.

This album was considered rock, and it's pretty "get-up-and-move."
