Nope. Peripherials have to be bought seperate and or upgraded from RB2. -_- I'm also hearing that soon there will be no new content for RB2 available on LIVE or PSN, RB3 will be REQUIRED in order to DL add-on content.
Off topic. Personally i think the setlist of three is terrible. Look into it before you sell yourself on it. I'd take the 60 bucks and spend it on RBN for tracks (while you still can). Oh and i found the interface for RB3 is way too complicated, navigating through menus can be fustrating. It's over done. Alot of extra unneeded bells and whistles. Play it at a friends house for a good couple of hours before picking it up. Ultimately i think it's a party game without fun music. And a music game with a simplified setlist so it can be applied to teaching guitar and piano. IMO Piano ruined RB. Fun idea, but it really limits song selection. Its bad enough that the release title couldnt find 83 tracks with ALL instruments included in a song. Imagine what slim pickings future DLC will be
