So, first of all i know this is a long shot, but lets give it a go. There are some crafty folk around here.
Right now, rocksmith is on sale on steam. Since i always like a good deal, i though i'd check it out. Now from what i've seen it is a pretty good tool to learn (bass) guitar. So i thought lets buy it!
Now here comes the kicker, apparantly i need a 'Rocksmith Real Tone Cable' to be able to play it.
Now i ain't planning on spending 30 bucks on a cable when i got a perfectly fine cable already.
(I should note here that i already own a bass, but i just can't get around to learning to play it and thought this would get me going)
Now my question to yall is, if you have this game, would a regular p2/p10 adapter work, or any other adapter? So that i can plug the cable that would normally run from my bass to my amp in my pc.
I have seen a video about using a mic right next to your amp and plug that into your pc, two problems with that, or well three really, first of all i don't got a mic, second my amp is semi broken (sometimes emits static and i would swear i heard it passing through radio signals) and third, if i have to do all that i'd rather get the cable i need or not play it around.
Anyway i digress a bit, so would a p2/p10 adapter work for playing bass with rocksmith? Go!
