I hope he'll be an unlockable without the preorder, I'd rather not have to travel so far just to get a game at BestBuy, takes, like, 45 minutes to get there compared to the 5 for my nearest Gamestop.

Still, that's pretty cool. If it remains exclusive to BestBuy, I would hope that it would eventually be released to the public as (free) DLC. Though, then again, did the 360 ever get those Joker map packs? The PS3 had those exclusively, but didn't the 360 eventually get them as well?

Silliness aside i'm not a robin fan or know comics but since character is important to continuity it's just fitting to let robin in the B:AC

Wasn't there a part in Arkham Asylum when Joker taunted Batman about having a sidekick, suggesting that he killed Robin? At least they stuck with continuity.

Not quite. It was right after the last scene with Harley, where she gets "taken off the party list". Joker chimes in through the intercom and asks Batman how he disciplines his subordinates.

"Or is that outfit you make him wear punishment enough?"
