I only use These when I'm testing a game to buy or if its a game so old only collectors and LONG time gamers have it

Is that ok?
Is that not?
Is there a time when it is also OK?

Stealing games is like murdering baby Jesus. I have never done it and never will.

I also give all of my money to charity and don't actually have any time to play games because I vowed never to rest until there is no more war and suffering in the world.

Well.... I did it to get chrono trigger. That is all.
That is only because the game was not released in this country, methinks.

In my opinion downloading ROMs is justified when a certain game never came out (and will very likely never come out) in your region. Its creators never intended you to pay for it anyway.

Also, If a game did get released in your region, but it's no longer in stores and buying it second-hand is either very expensive (because the game is very rare) or requires you to have a flopped console that hasn't got that much other good games (like the Sega CD or SuperGrafx) I don't think anyone would mind you pirating it.

Of course you should buy that game if it gets rereleased or comes available on a download service like the Virtual Console, Steam or XBLA.

I did the same, but did buy the DS version when it came out.
