RTS games with good map editors?

The galaxy forge allows you to make whole star system to play in

Its what the devs used to build the maps in the game

Dunno about you, but i could only set stuff like how many planets and solar systems, and how far apart planets were... pretty sucky builder, unless i missed something?

Ok, the Timesplitters series was a console game with a map editor, but that's about it. Highly recommend it.

N game on the PC had a really nice map editor, and a good community for sharing your custom maps. Unlike N+ for the XBLA, you can have anything anywhere in as large quantities as you want (the limit being your processing power).
