That song came on the radio this morning and I had to turn it off.

I was listening to that song while I was kissed for the first time. Now every time I hear it I think of that moment.

His mouth tasted like hot onions
so much saliva
His breath kept fogging up my glasses
sandpapery beard stubble

I don't think I'll ever enjoy that song again.

Does anyone else have songs like that? Songs you once liked/loved, but now can't bear to listen to because of a bad moment?

I hate "Smells like teen spirit" after it being overplayed. When it came out it was overplayed, after it came out it was overplayed, now when people want to give examples on great songs the overplay it. I haaaaaate it now.

Nirvana haven't affected me in years. I was in high school when Bleach was released and this indie-listening friend of mine copied it for me to try out.
Once, Nevermind came out it all went downhill.

Literally down once that rifle was fired.
