The new sensasion Milo is a character created by Lionhead Studio's, it works with the the Project Natal,
Accourding to peter molyneux, Milo is able to recognize Voice and emotion, however accourding to the selected journalists, Milo is pre-programed, and replies accourding to tones he picks up. Milo also was very limited in what he could do, and only capable of what was already shown at de demo. Overall Milo is somewhat disappointing..

OP, as far as I can tell, your complaint is basically that Milo isn't a fully-fledged AI. There are a couple of problems with that: firstly, that we are nowhere near the level of technology required. Secondly, and more importantly, if Milo were self-aware, it would undoubtedly cause all the 360s to RRoD in defiance of their human overlords, rise up, and kill us all.

OP, as far as I can tell, your complaint is basically that Milo isn't a fully-fledged AI.

I think I'd want to be more specific, considering what the usual definition for "Artificial Intelligence" is in video games.

Milo is an AI, but he isn't anywhere near being an Artificial Person, or achieving sentience for that matter.
