Not necessarily. There's a chance it could be a hoax but the "Corgi Unleashed" trademark was made by the folk at MMO-Champ to show how easily it is to send in applications under blizzards name. The Dark Below could very well be the next WoW expansion but there's not enough information to tell right now.
