I hope you guys realise this was a fake mock-up created by someone. Go look it up online, or just go earlier in this thread and you'll see that this is indeed a fake.
Had it been real, the price would have been ridiculous.

I'm liking the designs well enough (if they were to be true). What I dread is the possibility of a region lock. Goodness, I import a lot of games for the PS3, and being region-free feels so... free! (Aside from the minor hassle of having to buy PSN cards for off-region PSN stores, of course, but the games mostly have enough content on their own to make DLCs optional for me.)
