If they don't have an NPC named Inigo Montoya, I will be severely disappointed.

That, and if they don't say, "My name is Inigo Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die," or something along those lines, I will be disappointed.

Except the 6 fingered man didn't have a telekinesis spell.

Also, If they don't have a cheery rhyming giant as a pal, I would be slightly disppointed.

But what if I murder a guy, his brother hunts me down, I kill him, and then some other guy gets pissed, and it escalates to the point that everyone in skyrim is murdered because they each had some connection to their predecessor, also, what if the game bugs out and every individual in a family plot to kill me individually at the same time and it goes all 300, with me saying, "I'll make my stand in this narrow alleyway where there numbers will count for nothing" and fianlly, what if both those situations happen at the same time, and EVERYONE IN THE GAME MAKES THE SAME PLAN OF JUST ATTACKING ME, I CAN'T HANDLE THAT, NO MATTER WHERE I STAND, THEIR NUMBERS WILL COUNT DAMMIT, OH GOD THEY'RE HE......

This was the first thing I thought of when I read this.

Bethesda has to do this. It's just... perfect.

Okay, so here's what this means to me:

If you kill an NPC, you won't get away with even just one murder. We're going to throw 100 more NPCs at you so you can kill the men, women, and children of the entire lineage, Bible-style.

However, if the "revenge" is anything like Gaenor from Morrowind then screw that. Dude was impossible to kill.

Maybe a little fridge brilliance behind the AI system. If you kill him and her, their kin may find the common thread and team up against you, making you slowly but noticeably less popular with the populace.

This whole system...makes me kind of sad as it really could hammer that whole moral thing down.

Hold on, does this mean that we can finally kill kids in a Bethesda game? It would be pretty terrible if you killed a kid's parents and he came after you, but you couldn't fight back like previous titles.

Their to call the Dark Brotherhood on yo ass, and there is gonna be some smack down.

Seriously. I have a feeling that's how the Dark Brotherhood quest works. They call one on you, you kill the assassin and if you do you get an inviation to the order.

Except I lead the Dark Brotherhood! Or I will, eventually. I like the DB, theyre a fun group with fun quests. That mystery ansion in Oblivion was awesome.
