Rumored Batman: Arkham City Details Swoop From the Shadows

I'm liking a lot of the news about this game, especially the idea of more gadgets, in addition to the ones from the first (and bring on the smoke bombs! Hopefully those aren't just a rumor). Now, if only they could bring in those sonar devices used in Batman Begins/Batman: Year One that allowed Batman to call forth a swarm of bats, that would be awesome.

And peaging=pacing, I found batman AA to be a bit short at least gathering all the tools back would pad the game decently but...I guess it will still be an awesome game. LOL

Can't wait to play this game, the first one was awesome and the combat was so surprisingly addicting.

And I thought it was pretty well established that batman is at least as crazy as all the supervillains he punches.

Not at all. Its one of the themes in The Killing Joke, but occurs little elsewhere. Even then, its looked at as a possibility rather then definite.

When I first heard of this, the first thought that entered my head was "AWESOME! A Batman game where the villians take over Gotham!" Not the case. Still, its going to be an awesome game. It's too bad that this is going to be Mark Hamill's last go-round as The Joker. Well, I know he'll make it an awesome finale. After all, he is the Joker.
