I'm absolutely sure some pop stars have accepted $$$ to play private gigs for dodgy dictators and their families. Plus all manner of private gigs for people whose money may come from questionable sources. And I'm sure you can find other artists who have performed for the benefit of despotic and human-rights-abusing regimes. WWE and Saudi Arabia springs to mind.
Or the other way around, when Lorde didn't perform in Israel there were calls for her to be forbidden to perform in Florida, cause it's illegal to boycott Israel there. All they have to do is hope no-one finds out, assuming they've got a reputation to protect.
While R vs B is still around, it nowhere near as popular in its heyday. Just goes to show that there are a lot of dedicated fans who still tune in. I was never in to R vs.B that much. I watched maybe the first two seasons and some of 3 and that was it.I haven't watched Red vs. Blue in like ten years. Can't really believe these guys are still around, let alone even more e-famous.
I stopped when RvB became actual Halo canon, when Bungie went 'Yeah sure, that actually happened in the Haloverse. Agents, rouge AIs, training wars, etc..." Then it stopped being a fun little parody and became a self-serious side story. While R vs B is still around, it nowhere near as popular in its heyday. That explains why the series got more serious in later seasons. I was a never a big Halo fan to begin with, so R vs. B could only do so much. The show fell in to the ol' cerebus syndrome. There are times it can work and does not for certain shows, movies, or games. The serious shift seemed to work as people still kept watching, but I know there are others that feel the same as you do.I stopped when RvB became actual Halo canon, when Bungie went 'Yeah sure, that actually happened in the Haloverse. Gosh. That law sounds borderline unenforceable.Or the other way around, when Lorde didn't perform in Israel there were calls for her to be forbidden to perform in Florida, cause it's illegal to boycott Israel there.
Well the guy who did the choreography and animation for it died, and one of the writers left so...The only thing that I am semi interested in is RWBY. But I'm just waiting for it to have 10 seasons, so I can watch it in one go. I only like the concept, art style, and soundtrack. The plot is pure garbage.
