Yes, I know, it's a crappy spinoff game, blah blah, but it really hit home the way Zack's last stand was presented. You're desperately fighting off the ENTIRE Shinra army while the memory gauge is slowly cracking and breaking down, cycling through Zack's life story while his movements slowly get more sluggish and the damage just keeps getting heaped onto until the final person that he sees is the one who loved most...Aeris. And she'd be writing tons of heartfelt letters for years to a lover she didn't know had passed on...it was just sad.

I actually stopped playing Crisis Core for a while. Suddenly, I liked Zack. He wasn't some minor throw away character that Cloud based his memories on. He was something much more. I really didn't want him to die. But, of course, I knew he would. Totally drained my enjoyment of it. Still, I eventually came back to the game and finished it. And, yes, Aeris writing him all those letters was sad.

I'm gonna be weird and say the ending to the Overlord DLC for Mass Effect 2. No matter how many times I play through it (the count is up to four thus far, with many more to come) the ending depresses me and I have to quickly launch myself into a bloodfest of mercenary killing to make myself feel better.

I would say shes like my character's little sister, but that would imply incest.
Multipul, potentially life threatening, bouts of incest at that.

Plus shes an alien.
And i could never see an alien as a sibbling.
Not sure why, but i dont think i ever honestly could.

This will sound weird but i did have incest with tali and i never really saw her as an alien. more or less i just saw her as a companion to my adventure. Pus i dont discriminate any booty is great booty.

it came out but it wasn't finished until after the anime series was released...

sort of the same thing that happened with Soul Eater except the anime and not the manga had an atrocious ending...
