From any medium: video games, tv, films, books, comics, anime, online, and anything I missed, what are the scenes which make you cry like small children, no matter how many times you view it?

Spoiler heavy, since this will probably involve a lot of death scenes

For me:

Anime: Trigun: Wolfwood's death
TV: Buffy: Tara's death "Your shirt."
Film: Many, but the biggest offender is Moulin Rouge
Books: Harry Potter 6, I just can't bloody help but cry
Video Games: Final Fantasy VIII and IX had me at some points. Not VII though

I used the forum search bar, it found specifics about either films or games, but nothing which covered the whole range.

Here's my list. Enjoy:

Anime: None, I don't watch anime.
TV: The end of House Season 5.
Film: The Titanic.
Book: No book has made me cry yet, and I read a lot.
Video Game: None, though the company that probably will manage it one day is Bioware.

In Dreamfall, when you visit Faith's room while playing as Zoe, and then watch the video outside of it, and then come in again and look at the pictures and stuff on the wall. The comments she makes are heartbreaking.
Movies: Er... Dancer In The Dark had me crying at some points.
Books: Théoden's death in Return of the King.
Music: I get teary with certain songs. Sarah Brightman's Nessun Dorma and What A Wonderful World are guilty of this

Warning these spoilers are for.

Clannad, lion king, harry potter and the half blood prince and cod4.

"Yes I know that most people have seen these, spoilers but am just saying, just to be safe".

Anime: Clannad, Nagisa's death. Ushio as well was pretty deppressing.

Film. It was actually Mufassa's death from the lion king. The only disney film I ever liked.

TV: None don't watch very much TV.

Books: Dumbledore's death in harry potter. Altough I thought they sorted ruined that scene in the film version.

Video games: The nuclear wasteland scene in cod4.

Benjamin Button, pretty much the last hour or so but especially when

when Ben himself dies and when he learns of the death of the (forgotten name)black women who cared and looked after him

Here's my list.

Anime: [none]
TV: The last episode of Blackadder Goes Forth; for a comedy series, it was surprisingly heartbreaking.
Video Game: Agro's fall in Shadow of the Colossus. I admit it brought a tear to my eye.
Film: Ok, did anyone NOT cry at the end of Titanic? Also, Moulin Rougue and A Very Long Engagement.
Books: [none]
Food: Garlic. For some reason, it always makes me cry.

Yeah, I know, I'm a huge p***y.

Only one thing has made me cry as a kid...

And only two things have made me get close to tears as an adult...
Both from Azumanga Daioh:
- When Sakaki had to part with "Maya"
- The graduation at the series end

Just now i was inspired by an awesome idea of something to do in photoshop, To depict my own death in the most epic desktop'able way imaginable... I daresay it is quite sad.

Yes, btw. That is me.. (and tbh my photoshop skills are a bit crap, but hey. i was bored)

And to be more on topic:
When Dumbledore died, He was pretty damn kickass...

edit: OH YEAH!!! fry's dog, Damn that episode was sad...

Yup, that was actually one the best episodes of Futurama ever.

I also cried during the last scene of Gran Torino.

Movies: "Old Yeller" (who doesn't cry at the end of that?) and "Edward Scissorhands", when Kim asks Edward to hold her, and he hesitates, looking at his hands, and says "I can't."

Books: The end of "Return of the King" when Sam takes off after living his life to find Frodo. I full out sobbed and wailed as that story closed.

Im suprised no-one said this one,but one moment that cracked my heart in two was in GoW2 when Kai kills himself, after having been charred and both physically and mentally (and if you think hard enough, spiritually and morally) broken. he was such a blast in the story line......then that blast happened.

as for tv, Transformers: Beast Wars when
Dinobot dies. the first time he dies only though. not the second time.

When Harry tells his son Albus Severus about Snape in the epilogue, I had a tear in my eye.
I KNEW ALL ALONG THAT HE WAS A GOOD GUY!
