I can't find the second brotherhood mission. Are there special circumstances to unlock it or am I just unobservant. When I cycle to missions on the map I still don't see it. I really don't want to have to restart a game.
It's at the Saint's Hideout. Check there.
It's common for waypoints on the map to be overlapped by other waypoints, so you may not see it, but it's there.
