Saints Row 3 Character Customisation

First of all this thread was intended as a simple question of does SR3 have customisable characters, because all the promo media i'd seen showed the same guy, i was begining to wonder if the game had abandonded this aspect. Later after doing some actualy searching instead of jumping to conclusions i discovered that you can indeed still make a character.

So armed with this knowledge i then started planning what my guy would look like for when i can eventualy buy the game. So far ive gotten to the a-typical gangster suit probably in white with matching hat, which is a little boring i guess but it fits the role of criminal kingpin, so do you guys have a particular look planed for your future character or are you just going to mess around with it untill you find somthing satisfactory?

Also if you have any sugestions outside of a-typical gangster that would be nice.

I'm going to stick with the British voice, but model my character off Stringer Bell from the wire (muscular black business man with sort hair and a neat goatee, reading glasses). Wear a black business shirt but with small amounts of Saint's purple (tie, whatever else) and black leather gloves. Try to make my gang as orderly as possible, previously I had the SWAT-esque foot soldiers rolling around in hummers like some sort of paramilitary army.
