Saints Row: The Third's character creation kinda sucks. :/

I'm sated with it, as will likely the majority will be. While customization is quite fun at times, I kept a consistent character. The minute I got out of the prison in 2, I went to Sloppy Seconds and dressed my character up, in which he looked just like it at the end of the game when I fed Dane a bullet. The only change I made was to the hat, and that was merely for a fedora.
Exactly. I think I changed my outfit once throughout the game and that's it. Although there was another reason - it was simply too much work to drive around the city in search for matching new clothes, possibly twice because the original colour scheme didn't quite work out.

I imagine I actually will be changing clothes more frequently now because there's less stuff to worry about.

Why would they do this? I only remember having like two or three legitimate complaints about the bodies/clothes, but everything else was fucking awesome and virtually every critique of the game I have ever read had similar thoughts. Now they have changed what everyone liked in stupid ways that give us less choice! I swear to god, if they did this to make room for the new graphics I will go Johnny Gat on their asses. Which is to say I will kick down their studio door and shoot the place up with an AK while saying bad ass one-liners.

The simple fact is, the game is still as customizable as 2, just without certain things. Not to mention, will people truly be whining over it when they have the full game? This entire thread seems to be trivial in all honesty, no offense to the topic creator.
Well I'm not, lots of people in this thread aren't. I kept consistent characters, but I've made hundreds of different outfits that each of my characters would wear. I've been doing so since not long after release until the last time I played it, 2 days ago.

The simple fact is, it's not as customizable as SR2, at least not in the character area.
