I would love this joystick.
The Saitek X52 Flight Control System is a joystick, a kickass(almost) joystick. It has a lot of buttons, a lot of controls, and it comes with a simple keymapping system and the fire button has a cover on it, making it feel more epic when I fire. So this is awesome, right?
WRONG. the damn thing broke on me in a week, ONE WEEK. Now I might be more forgiving about it but when I went to their forums to complain about this issue I found tons of people with the same problem. And that it can't be fixed.
Saitek, What the fuck? This cost over one hundred dollars, and it simply stops working in a week? My logitech cheap joystick has lasted 4-5 years, and still works! This is horrible. When you make a product that costs over $100, you better make sure the damn thing works, assholes!
As a result of this, Saitek is now on my list of hated companies. I managed to salvage it by returning it and got a G15 keyboard, but the keyboard just reminds me of the dumbass I was to buy that damn joystick.
Please do yourself a favor, don't by this joystick. And fuck you, Saitek, you ripped me off WORSE than Sony ever did, so I seriously fucking hate you.
