same game, two diff BestBuys, but different price??

how does that work? the same game at two different stores of the same mega enterprise and they are different prices? like $15 difference. and they are brand new. excuse me for being such an ignorant little shit, nor am i much of a gamer or shopper, but can anyone give me a short explanation as to why this is?

One game is used, one isn't? Perhaps one of the games was accidentally opened, or maybe it was returned or something of the sort? I forget if you can do that at BestBuy.
