Number 46 is a gladiator, looks like its taken directly from Spartacus, if you haven't seen that show you are missing out.

#46 reminds me a LOT of the game Gladius, it was a turn based fighting game on the PS2. I cant remember the characters name (if he had one) but I think he joined your warband after the first or second'level'. Or, you know, could just be some random generic gladiator.
