No, not Oblivion.
I'm talking real sandboxes. What did you do in a seemingly pointless sandbox? I never had a sandbox of my own, and when I was a toddler, getting to play in them was kickass. My friends' parents would be upset when I would go and "borrow" their hose so that I could make it moist. Then I built miniature fortresses for my transformers.

What did you do in the real sandboxes?

I built castles, then had my T-Rex destroy them and eat the tiny humans inside. Ah, good times.

I never found sandboxes that fun. It's just dry crushed up rocks. I would step into a sandbox and then say "now what?"

I never had one, but in reception year at school I do remember the sand tub, which we used at break times. Usually just built sandcastles and buried crayons in it. I think I buried my She-Ra in there once too.

My mother always told me that only boring people allowed themselves to be bored.

I built some sort of fortresses, mostly. Actually, they were more like pyramids. I also tried to dig tunnels under them.

I built castles and fortress and things like that. All the time. For my transformers and lego stuff and all kinds of things. Somebody needs a game that is just a sandbox.

I used to try and make the biggest tunnel without it caving in, then when I thought it was safe enough to put things I liked under I whacked them under it, hoping they wouldn't get sandy.

Could have just not put them under there, but nothing seems to have changed in the "pointless risk taking" part of me.

That and fill my sandbox up with water and waste all the sand all over the garden then get told off, good times...

It could be called, "Ant in the sandbox: the real sandbox saga" and the primary objective would be to not die in a makeshift sand tomb.

I only had a sandbox at my grandparents and they were pretty short on cool toys so it was limited to mountains with tunnels and happy-meal robots and dinosaurs battling bears during floods.

I never built sandcastles... I wish I knew there were other things to make than mountains with tunnels when I was little.

I was thinking about making it about action figures and letting you both run around premade sandboxes as well make your own or use other peoples. Youd' get to run around and punch monsters or shoot 'em up.

When most of my friends were getting sandboxes, I was climbing and falling out of trees repeatedly, and had a tree den, it's like a treehouse, but more awesome. I was a budding villain I tell you! Now I've moved onto bigger and better things, and my bases are underground..

Besides, sandboxes outside just end up wet, full of weeds and smelling of cat piss.

So I say something you don't like and you call me boring? Wow.

Even in preschool I avoided interaction with others, and most of them hung around the sand box. So I avoided sandbox games all through my early years.

I find it amazing that even preschoolers could cast out others for something.

Since I was the class pariah I usually would hang around the teacher during recess and talk with her.

Looking back now I wish I had had the guts to just play regardless of what others said.

I never liked sandboxes for some reason, I was usually either playing video games or reading something when I was a kid.

besides playing with transformers and LEGOs in the sandbox i build sand castles but my real love was digging so id bury my self in it or id dig as far down as i could it got to a point that i stopped digging in the sand box partly because it was now mixed with dirt from digging too far down and breaking the box its self and i started digging up the back yard at one point i had a hole 8 feet deep which at 10 years old was twice my height
