I'm debating getting Devil May Cry on Steam but I can't decide 3 or 4. First and foremost I need to know if 3 works with Windows 7. Second, I'd like some opinions on which one to get. Just tell me what's good about the one you like. Don't trash the one you don't.

since its a hack and slash game it might be better on a console with joysticks so you can aim the slashes better
