Actually, I have a funny story from Halo 2.

Me and my friend were in a sniper match, on the map Terminal, just chillin' in the train lobby, talking. Well as we were talking I saw someone try to sneak up and assassinate my friend, so in a split-second reaction I shouted "HE'S COMING RIGHT FOR US!" and no-scoped him in the head. It was awesome.

While we were staring at the dead body, remarking how awesome that shot was, someone tried to sneak up and assassinate me. My friend looked at me and shouted the same thing, and no-scoped him as well.

We then concluded that we were badasses, and ran outside shouting "BRING IT ON, BITCHES!"

We were both promply shot in the head by the opposing team right when we stepped outside.

Ah, good times.

MW1 guys shooting me up with an assault rifle. I put an RPG in his head. And it was no point blank range. One of my luckiest and coolest kills ever.

Also I've gotten at least one 3 kill headshot in MW2 with a sniper rifle.

Most amazing example for me was in Battlefield 3 a couple weeks or so back.
Enemy attack helicopter comes in for a strafe run, gunning directly for me, couple of rocket pods landed around me and so did some 30mm rounds from the gunner, so I was under the suppression effect, yet I still manage to pull up my scope and somehow, somehow headshot the pilot and watch the helicopter gracefully float to the floor as the gunner bails.

Naturally, screams of hax ensued.

Well not by my self but in a match of battlefield 2 someone was about to shoot me and i was hopeles but just when he began to shoot a friendly sniper took him down realy, amazing.

I had a almost similur experience. Only, instead of the piolet, it was one of the gunners on the side. What really made it awesome was that I was screwing around with the L96 with just Iron sights and I landed a headshot. The anger from the guy I killed was only matched by the primal yell of a guy that got taken out in a DPV from across the map in Omen (wasnt my kill, but wish it was...)

Happens all the time on Combat Arms, hackusations run rampant.

Huh, only took two posts before someone brought up CA's BS hitbox issues.

I always figured they were just cosmetic, like the aviators and normal goggles. As for what's wrong, it all started going down hill with the P90 TR, if memory serves me.

Managed to headshot a chopper pilot in Bad Company 2 as he was lining up for a strafing run. That's one of those feelings that'll put a smile on your face for the rest of the day.

Playing Resistance this morning, I was one shot away from being murdered by a chimera, switch to the sniper and hit the alien bastard square between some of the eyes from about 5 yards. Man, I hate those guys.

My favorite headshots were from when i played Rainbow Six Vegas 2 on my 360. Me and 3 buddies from work would always head home after and we'd boot up our 360's and do pvp for hours on end.
I never used the Famas, cuz that gun is completely cheap and requires no skill to use. I'd use the P90 or the L82A5, or whatever its called. We'd be playing a match, and my K ratio was never god-like or pr0-status, but whenever the chips were down, and we'd be ducking behind cover because we'd been out-flanked, suddenly it'd be like the scene in tombstone with Kurt Russel, I'd break from cover and just score headshot after headshot. I got reported for hacking and was actually monitored by an Admin on XBL for 3 matches. Gotta love poor sports, eh?

Reach - double no scope snipe on 2 brute chieftains on Firefight.

Gears 3 - 2 enemy players - popped one's head with a gnasher from around the corner, threw smoke, retreated, grabbed a boomshot, and killed the other.

Gears of war series - several Torque bow headshots (and 1 boomshot headshot) on grinders in Horde and campaign.

Source mod called No More Room in Hell -- it's a zombie multiplayer FPS, real good fun, just a bit stupid at times.

I was running around with one of these babies, run into a fast zombie, randomly fire (bolt action, so I would've been screwed) and get a trick headshot. There's no crosshairs in the game, and the scope would've done nothing if I had aimed it.

I don't know why the instance stood out in front of any other stories. Except those oh-so satisfying double headshot Machina kills in TF2, when I used to use the Machina.

MW2 has the best example for me.

Losing 7300 to 7400 points:

The last kill was me firing the barrett hopelessly (I don't quickscope, but that was all I could do) and it turns out I kill the guy. Then I see another enemy dying 75 meters away. From the same shot.
We won, and the final killcam was so much better than a nuke

This used to happen to me occasionally while playing counter-strike, i see 3 guys coming towards me and im on low hp, i figure 'whatever i'm fucked anyway' so i start sparying bullets and wth everyone died from headshots.

no headshots, but the equivalent with World of tanks: exploding ammo rack. But then again, that never really happens, and when it has happened with me, I wasn't in much danger, so it didn't save my life...

I've done this in Uncharted so many times. I usually let the recoil handle it for me.
In PAYDAY I needed one headshot to level up, and I had two bullets left for my uzi. If I leveled up I would regain health and ammo. First shot missed, second shot hit him.
