Ted.com
I recently got referred to this website by a colleague at work, began talking with him a while back when I learnt he'd also read the Zeitgeist.
Since being referred, I've actually used my hours constructively and futhered my understanding of things that I thought I knew or had no clue of.
I genuinely recommend at the very least you watch one talk a week. Fifteen minutes isn't much (especially considering what you'll be doing with those fifteen minutes anyway) and odds are you'll want to spend more than that anyway.
"lectures" range from the development of a true robotic arm (backed by the US Defence...), a gentleman who creates Kinetic sculptures (they move fully when the wind blows), a mathemagician (ridiculous ability) and so many more.
Many of you may already know of this, if so good, if not you can benefit from it now.
